At WebRun, I spearheaded operations as the principal architect of our web development projects, leading both development and design teams while serving as the primary client liaison. My role encompassed guiding projects from conception to launch, where I not only managed team dynamics but also personally handled complex technical implementations. This included crafting custom code solutions, building API integrations, and leveraging tools like make.com to enhance functionality. I navigated projects through critical phases, ensuring every custom requirement was met with precision, whether it involved vanilla coding solutions or sophisticated integrations. My professional journey spans diverse roles across logistics and entrepreneurship. As Carrier Sales Manager at Loadsmart (2019-2022), I led a global team of eight representatives, established the Carrier Support division, and achieved record-breaking performance metrics, including delivering over 100 loads monthly as the first offshore representative. Previously, at Go To Truckers INC (2018-2019), I managed end-to-end logistics operations, coordinating between shippers and carriers across the continental USA while ensuring seamless service delivery and documentation. From 2012 to 2018, I operated my own retail clothing business, managing everything from inventory and marketing to profitability analysis and customer relations. Throughout the early 2010s, I honed my skills in various sales and customer service positions, building a strong foundation in client relationships and business operations.
